I really enjoyed working with Julia. It was really useful getting information so early on about what cues to practice with John that starts to get him in a good sleeping routine. Julia really helped me with specific issues such as getting John to sleep in his own bed at night and getting him to sleep in the day and learning how often he should sleep at his age, so he doesn't get over tired. I have personally learnt so much over a short period and it's really helped both me and John get a better sleep!

From as early as week 3 we really struggled to understand how to manage our son's sleep both in the day and night and I also really struggled to get him to nap in the day which resulted in me walking for miles in order to ensure that he got his daily sleep, as if I ever stopped moving he would wake immediately which was really upsetting. 

 

At 4 months I was exhausted, the regression hit and I was at the end of my tether. In order to try and 'fix' our son, I read every single article, blog and invested in multiple apps in order to try and understand how to get him to sleep. The impact of this was overwhelming to the point that I then had a total overload of conflicting advice and had lost the ability to use my own intuition. 

 

When Julia came into our lives I was at a real low and didn't believe that it was possible to solve the issues we were facing. Julia was very calm and kind and offered essential reassurance from the beginning. She was clear that we would have to put in some hard work and consistency was key however it didn't mean that we would have to be slaves to Ralph's sleep and positive change was in sight. 

 

Julia provided us with a very detailed plan. Our goals were clear and she gave us options in terms of the approach which was extremely structured and helped us feel in control throughout the process. The first few days were tough but the speed and level of support from Julia was second to none and I felt like she provided a positive beacon of light at all time. After just 3 days we started to see a change in his behaviour and we continued to go from strength to strength. The speed of our development has genuinely blown me away and within 2 weeks I can now put my little boy down for naps in his cot without any tears! Our early morning co sleeping has also stopped and we are filled with joy as we fetch him from his own bed with a huge smile on his face having slept really well! 

 

We cannot thank Julia enough. I was totally lost and feel transformed after working together on our sleep programme. It takes commitment but it's absolutely worth it!!

We were very happy with the Sleep Shaping that Julia helped us with.  All the information really helped us and we had many questions!  Things have got off to a very good start and we are feeling much more confident that we know which direction we want to move in, ensuring that we have started putting little things into practice, even though it is early days.  

New Sister

I thought it would be easier second time round but with juggling a toddler and a newborn it really wasn't at first.  Julia thankfully showed us a way to make it work and we are much happier as a result.  I definitely had to make sure that I didn't fall back into old habits (which was tempting at times particularly at the start of the week when I was shattered) but I am so relieved that Julia was there to keep me consistent.  I can't even begin to say how pleased I am that we contacted Julia and I plan to speak to her in the future if I ever find myself backtracking!!  Thank you so much for your patience Julia, you've been amazing. x
